We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Whether you’re ordering new gym tees, joggers, or shorts, we make sure your gear gets to you fast.

Not yet. GymRatzz currently ships within the U.S. only. We’re working on expanding soon so you can get your favorite high-performance workout tees for men and shorts wherever you are.

Have your order number and order email address ready. You’ll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label, and shipping costs are on us.

Yes. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This helps us maintain fair pricing while continuing to invest in quality materials and responsible production for your favorite durable gym tees and gear.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, whether it’s your joggers for men or your go-tolightweight workout tee, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact info@gym-ratzz.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or refunding your purchase, no restocking fee, no hassle.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.

Items purchased that are marked as Final Sale or are part of promotions that are advertised as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, Final Sale items are eligible for store credit if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact info@gym-ratzz.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by providing either a replacement or a GymRatzz Credit for the value of the affected item (no restocking fee applied).
